Used to flag stock that has to go on top of a load, not underneath it — typically lightweight or fragile product that would crush, deform, or damage if anything was stacked on it during transit or storage. Freight handlers and forklift operators need to see this instruction before the load goes on the truck or gets stacked in the warehouse, not after. Fluoro orange keeps it visible from a distance, and the clean perforation means it comes off the roll fast without backing paper slowing down a packing line.
